A New Chair For a New Chapter

As we embark on a multi-million pound capital fundraising campaign to refurbish this beautiful 1930’s building into a thriving cultural destination, we are now seeking an outstanding Chair to lead this legendary organisation into the future.

With a functional professional board, small but high-performing executive team, a freshly updated Feasibility Study and a long-standing relationship with our architects who understand the challenges of this space, this is a business that is ready and racing towards a new chapter.

We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic leader with an extensive network, who has charitable governance and board familiarity, extensive stakeholder engagement skills and experience of operating at a senior strategic level. You will need an understanding of large-scale capital or fundraising projects in order to provide leadership and support and guide the implementation of the Feasibility Study and ambitious Business Plan.

As the Chair for this exciting organisation, this is your chance to play an important role in shaping Leith Theatre as an incredible space for culture and delivering a world-class music venue for the country.
